Capacity after leave and public holidays — not headcount × two weeks
Most tools treat a ten-person team as ten people every sprint. This one subtracts
the days nobody was there. Sprint 42 lost two public holidays and Nadia was away
for three days — that is a fifth of a fortnight gone before a single ticket is picked up,
and it is the difference between a team that looks unreliable and a plan that was
never achievable.
