The products we're building for ourselves, and the work we've shipped for clients. Here's what we've made and how it's put together.
Our own products. Each one started as a problem we kept running into, and each is at a different stage of being finished.

Where the Hours Actually Went
Rework costs construction projects 4–12% of their value, and almost nobody can point at it on a report. This dashboard can. Earned value and S-curves, progress earned through rules of credit rather than guessed at, Percent Plan Complete with the reasons work slipped, and a labour histogram showing the crews who stood idle waiting for someone else's mistake.
Built around a Jakarta mid-rise, so the calendar is the real one — musim hujan through the substructure phase, and the two weeks at Lebaran when the site empties out and no amount of programme pressure brings anyone back.

Busier Is Not Better
The same engine as the construction dashboard, pointed at software delivery. It surfaces the sprint where a team logged more points than any other — the one velocity charts call their best — and shows that only 61% of what they committed actually shipped, because unplanned support swallowed the fortnight.
Capacity is calculated after real leave and public holidays, so a sprint that lost two holidays isn't recorded as a team that underperformed. Ticket classification runs off the tag already in the title: change five rules and it reports on a support desk or an agency retainer instead.

The Live Guest Gallery
Guests open a link, snap photos from their phone browser, and the shared gallery fills up as the event happens. No app install and no chasing people for pictures afterwards. Uploads go straight to object storage via signed URLs, with an admin view to open and close the gallery.

Receipts Into Data
Photograph a receipt and get every line item and price back as structured data you can edit and total up. A vision model does the reading behind an API, so crumpled paper and bad lighting don't matter much.
PrototypeInteractive digital invitations with live RSVP tracking and admin dashboards behind them. This is where Chillguy started, and it's still some of our favourite work.
